Admission Process

1. Tour/Meet

Prospective parents will schedule a private tour with the Director.

2. Fill out an online Admission Application

Parents are to complete and submit an online "Student Application Form" for each child. An application fee of $75 must accompany this application (non-refundable).

3. Decision via email

If you are offered a spot for your child, you will have five days to pay the non-refundable deposit to secure your spot.

2022-2023 School Year Tuition

Half Day: $11,680

Annual tuition can be paid in one lump sum on August 15th, or in 8 post dated checks (August - March, dated the 15th of each month)

Sept. 15 - $1460.00

Oct. 15 - $1460.00

Nov. 15  - $1460.00

Dec. 15 - $1460.00

Jan. 15 - $1460.00

Feb. 15 - $1460.00

March 15 - $460.00​ (tuition downpayment is applied towards this month's tuition)

Full Day: $19,910

Additional Fees

1. There is a non refundable application fee of $75 due at the time of enrollment.

2. A $1,000 non refundable deposit is due upon acceptance to Cole Valley Gan and is applied towards the last month's tuition.

3. Our summer program is billed separately.

4. Early morning drop off is billed sperately.

COVID-19 Tuition Refunds in case of school closure

1. There will be no refunds of the application fee nor the deposit.

2. In case of school closure, parents will continue to pay tuition for 20 (consecutive) school days during the closure. After which, we will offer a refund of 50%. The 50% will be prorated by dividing the days of instruction and the annual tuition.
